There’s an easy solution to the cry for more women on public Boards.
Those recently outed public company sinners lacking female directors, can show they’re up with the play in the new social order. All they need do is have some of their existing directors declare they identify as women. That should do it and allow Boards to continue selection based on perceived merit.

These days companies should also have a 16year old ex school girl (who failed to complete a proper education) on their board.
