CNN have now gone almost three days and nights non-stop, abusing Trump for his totally sensible claim that drinking disinfectant will kill the coronavirus. But there are other similar options, such as using water for example.
I hesitate to raise this certain virus-killer for fear of the same unthinking attacks.
Still, for sensible readers here’s how to deal a death blow to the virus by my water remedy.
Go out to sea in a boat. Tie a heavy weight to your body and jump over. I promise you, the virus (if you have it) will be KO’d.
As an aside, it’s also a fail-safe remedy for all ailments.

Now that NZ’s tourism business has been vandalised, I was contemplating what industry NZ could replace tourism with?
I can’t help noticing that the Nigerian internet scams seem to be quite a lucrative money spinner.
Perhaps NZ could launch a government sponsored scheme doing this?
Of course, some people say that playing a giant hoax on the citizens is immoral. Fortunately, our government is experienced in the hoax business, and has no qualms about doing this at all.
If we have the nerdy looking automaton Ashley whathischops with the gurning Prime Minister doing the sales pitches, I see no reason why we can’t give the Nigerians a run for their money.

In the interviews Murray uses as examples of the US media, the one by CNN’s Bill Maher of the young Congressman is a classic of misrepresentation by Maher being rebutted and made to look foolish when confronted by the whole story. We seem to be getting in that ‘sewer’ with some of our media, who don’t like facts getting in the way of wholesale support of the PM regardless what she says and does.
We are also seeing the same sort of ‘preaching’ from our TV presenters who feel it necessary to ‘educate’ us on correct beliefs and behaviour in this time of obsequious compliance. As pointed out by a commenter to an earlier post, the father of the nation on TV1, Diamond Shallow, is one who feels he can add insulting descriptors to world leaders he doesn’t particularly like and make snide comments and disapproving expressions where he deems them necessary – he’s a teleprompt reader fgs.
The bonus of this is that you will feeding the sharks who will no doubt be missing their odd feed of surfer.
I agree there are many solutions to Covid 19 and your latest advice is right up there with the esteemed wisdom of the president USA
Or we could just do as Jacinda dictates and very likely live on albeit in complete poverty most likely suffering early death from some other cause such as unfunded cancer drugs or non performed surgery.

The millions of people who have gone through a near death experience would agree with you. They virtually never want to come back to their body…floating away in their totally painless extacy. Death is, apparently, the ultimate cure-all.

The U.S. Geological Survey people claim that;
The Greenland ice sheet melting will raise sea-level 6.55 meters (21.5 feet),
the West Antarctica ice sheet melting will raise sea-level 8.06 meters (26.4 feet),
the East Antarctica ice sheet melting will raise sea-level 64.8 meters (212.6 feet),
and all other ice melting will raise sea-level another 0.91 meters (3 feet).
For a grand total of about 80 meters (263 feet).

So, what does an 80 meter (263 feet) rise in sea-level mean. Have a look at the following map of the world after an 80 meter rise. It means that over one billion people will have to be resettled to higher ground and that much of the most productive agricultural land will be under water. Fortunately, at current rates, the Greenland ice sheet will take over a thousand years to melt and the Antarctica ice sheet, much longer. However, the greater the temperature rise the faster the ice sheets will melt, bringing the problem much closer. Remember, the huge ice sheet that recently covered much of North America, almost completely melted in only 15,000 years (today, only the Greenland ice sheet, and some other small patches of it, remain). Since then (15,000 years ago), sea-levels have risen about 125 meters (410 feet), only 80 meters to go.
If you live in NZ this will be a big, big problem.

Bob’s plan is efficient and cheap if the boats are reused. The virus would be eliminated and the IQ of the country would skyrocket. What’s not to like?
Right now you wouldn’t get the police launch relentlessly prowling the harbour perimeter.
I think the story goes that the virus gets into a cell then multiplies until the cell is ‘full’ then it bursts out of that cell, and goes into more cells etc
Well I recon while it is inside the cell the body can’t find it
Clorine Dioxide ‘removes’ the skin of the acidic/contaminated cell letting the bodies immune system find and destroy the virus, when the body can’t find the virus it attacks it’s self, like colitis IBD cancer arthritis excessive mucus etc
