The discovery of human remains encased underground in concrete, in January last year, has now drawn a Police response.
“We are treating this as suspicious”, a Police spokesman advised last week.
Plainly, after 15 months investigation they’ve dismissed the possibility of suicide.

Perhaps Mr Plod thought after being encased in concrete, the unfortunate gentleman died of natural causes.
Actually…it took the coppers 12 months to try and figure out how they could arrange some signed confessions to outstanding murders and have them ‘ discovered’ with the remains…
